“Death In Small Doses”By Prof. Hon. Randolph M. Howes,

M.D., Ph.D.

PRESS RELEASE: KENTWOOD, LA,

AUGUST 15, 2010

Why do you need to read Dr. Howes’ book?

Here is what it can do for YOU! No one likes to feel ripped off. Buying worthless or even harmful dietary supplements, including the antioxidant vitamins A, C and E, are current examples of being played as a sucker for advertising. Doctors and nutritionists may be the most ill-informed of all, since they feel confident that they already know all of the answers but they have to admit that they have not had the time to personally research the veracity of the antioxidant’s outrageous claims.

In fact, all they really know is how to regurgitate the brain washings of profiteers. However, there is a significant amount of accumulated scientific data which reveals the ineffectiveness of the antioxidant vitamins and of their harmful potential and it is contained in Howes’ book.

To ignore or deny this important data is to deny scientific truth.

Learn about increasing your mortality with the antioxidant vitamins. Learn the truth. After all, why waste your money to hurt yourself? Don’t be a chump for advertisers. Don’t be a victim of marketing scams.

Death In Small Doses? Antioxidant Vitamins in the 21st Century: A Health Impact Statement clears the suffocating air of marketing disinformation and presents the scientific truth. It isn’t selling you anything and it let’s you decide if you wish to continue to waste your money on ineffective products and to increase your risk for developing common diseases, such as cancer, heart disease and stroke. Be informed! Two books sold as one (a real value):

Book One:

Death in Small Doses? : BOOKS 1 & 2

I have an epic compilation of over 200 scientific studies and reports, involving over 8 million human subjects, showing the negible or harmful effects of the common antioxidant vitamins A,C & E. Many of these are randomized controlled trials (the gold standard for medical research) and over 60 of these studies showed harmful effects of these antioxidant vitamins and an increased overall mortality rate. This astounding information is kept from the layman. “Antioxidants” is the buzz word in neutraceuticals and marketing is filled with myths and half-truths regarding the effects of the antioxidant vitamins. In the absence of a vitamin deficiency or a malabsorption problem, most medical organizations do not recommend the use of these vitamins. Three of the largest trials (ATBC, CARET, & SELECT) were stopped 21 months early because the doctors felt it unethical to continue studies which were endangering the health and lives of the participants. In my book, “Death In Small Doses?”, I present a compelling argument for the regulation of these antioxidants just like legal drugs, because of their harmful potential. Not only do customers waste their money, they are paying to endanger their overall health. We must adhere to the Hippocratic precept, “First do no harm.”
